Over the last six months at Body and Mind Botanicals, we have exceeded our targets and got our all-natural, CBD rich cannabis products into 350 stores across the UK. We started local, selling to independent delis and cafés in Buckinghamshire and Northamptonshire, but you can now find our CBD products in wellness chains and award-winning fine-food stores up and down the country.
One of the biggest and most well-known stores you’ll find our products in is Daylesford Organic Farm in Gloucestershire, who have been sustainably farming organic produce for over 40 years now.
As a company, it’s important for us to partner with businesses who share our values, and few companies are doing so on the same level as Daylesford. The owners pioneered organic farming at a time before it was as widespread as it is now and have since committed themselves to investing in the future of the planet, farming sustainably and respecting the environment.
Our cannabis plant is grown on family-run farms in the Baltic region of Europe, and our tea contains CBD in its rawest farm – giving it the maximum effect for relieving pain, anxiety and low moods. Our teabags are all biodegradable and we try hard to ensure our packaging is made from recycled materials.
Daylesford has won all kinds of awards for its organic produce, including meat, dairy and bread, so we’re super excited to be featured alongside these products.
We’re also proud to be stocked in Partridges of London, a fine foods store that was awarded a Royal Warrant in 1994, meaning they provide the highest standard of service to their customers.
Despite our recent growth, Body and Mind Botanicals is still a family run business, just like Patridges – who are one of the only family-run food shops left in Central London.
A new venture that we’ve recently embarked upon is getting our products into spas and wellness retreats such as Rudding Park in Harrogate, an ideal place to enjoy our relaxing cannabis tea.
Rudding Park won numerous Hotel of the Year awards in 2018 and prides itself on being environmentally conscious, sourcing environmentally friendly, local products and services where they can.
In other news, our tea and oil has just been awarded vegan certification by the vegetarian society. Nothing has changed about our products, but this certification allows us to officially declare them cruelty-free and animal product-free.
