Ingredients

1 Banana

150ml Oat Milk

150ml Almond Milk (no sugar)

3 tablespoons of Nutrient Rich Protein powder

8 drops of 300mg CBD Oil
Method
Using your blender
Add the Oat and Almond Milks (any milks can be substituted), Protein Powder, Banana and CBD oil (add 4 cubes of ice for a milkshake bled)
Mix until fully blended
Enjoy in your favourite glass
